This looks alright, but I feel as if some of the shades blend in together too much, resulting in a flat image. I can see where you've tried to add in shading, but it doesn't look like it came out that well. Maybe you can mess with the base colors and see how that works. Just experiment around some. I think you can make this skin look a lot better!
