Background: Loreto grew up without parents, getting a job at 9
as a dishwasher at a small cafe. The owner and Loreto grew
close over their years of working until they were the
equivalent of the owner's own flesh and blood. The owner
adopted Loreto at 13, Loreto worked at the cafe, having
many different jobs, busboy, dishwasher, cashear, waiter and
so on. The owner soon got too sick to run the store, being
almost 70. She left the store to her child, Loreto, before she
died at the age of 68. Loreto started running the store at 17,
and has been the owner sense that day.
