Claw Killer

"Claw Killer" - A maniac who only appears on "Valentine's Day".
Appearance: A man in a gray hoodie with white sleeves, black tactical gloves, dark green pants and white sneakers, and his feature is a blue mask with a stupid face. He also wears a white and black striped scarf.
History: somewhere in early 2001, this maniac killed 13 people on "Valentine's Day", after this event, every year on the same day, this maniac appeared and killed 13 people.
Weapons: Always uses steel claws attached to his arms with straps (hence the Nickname).
