I was bored, and made a clay dragon skin. Those jaggedy lines are supposed to be like cracks (like when clay dries, it can crack) so yeah. :P

Well as someone who had clay making class
it usually explodes in the warmup if it has air pockets

True, I’ve done clay with my weekend art teacher, Ms. Betty and she’s told me about that. But when clay cracks that usually means it’s getting dry, and from my experience with it, hard to shape til it is wetted again.
