This actually looks a lot like me- except my hair is shorter & a tab bit darker. (And i'm afraid of lakes ._.')
This skin is absolutely amazing, though! The shading is beautiful, and the outfit decision matched perfectly, it's not too light (Or dark!) and I love how the ears poke out + how she has a floral crown.. it's just.. AHHHH!~ Beautiful, all together!

thank you v much x3 I'm bathophobic (fear of depth goddamnit I take baths) and don't like being around deep things u.u but I think lakes are pretty anyways ^^

When you click on someone's profile, under their profile picture will be "Send Message" to check if they actually take requests, you can just scroll down and look at their information. Most skinners will say something similar to one of these: "I don't take requests, please don't ask" or "Requests: open/closed"

If you mean you want someone to request for you to make them a skin, the best way is just to make some skins of your own and post them saying you take requests. If people like your skins and have a request, they might PM you :)
