Thank you so much! I kind of taught myself how to make them. You find a stamp base and use an image editing program (I use the same one I make my skins on, GIMP, because I have a Mac) and create a new layer to make a background. Then you can add whatever else on top using another new layer.
Hope this makes some sense! ^.^
