The only thing I think should change is the shading on the arms.
She looks like she has muscles like a bodybuilder, so maybe change the middle part of the arms to look less muscle-y. Other than that this skin is pretty coolio.

I think maybe you can try making the outer side part of the legs a highlight like the outside of the arms. ^^
