Got rid of the random pixels on the 3D layer, since this skin is for an RP Fallout server, I will make different versions, male, female, no helmet, wounded, etc., but they will not be uploaded to here [too many of the same skin]. Feel free to customize this skin for your own purpose, but DO NOT upload as your own. Thanks

I love Fallout's Combat Armor, its the only armor I use xD
Although, you ever hear of Reilley's Rangers Armor? It looks like UNSC Combat Armor

I have heard of it actually. I'm skinning for a Fallout server, so I will be making many variants of the skin, including Reilley's Ranger Armor. I won't be able to upload all of the versions here, only the default, but I will provide access to the sins once the server is ready. And I'm glad you like the skin, the combat armor is one of my favorites as well.

Nice work on the skin, you did a great job incorporating a lot of details without cluttering everything up too much! Looks great!

Thanks! This was probably the only armor I used when I started playing Fallout :D. As for the detail, thanks, it is hard to make more detailed armor with pixels, glad you like it.

Yeah I'll have to update it. Also, an annoying bug is that extra 3D pixels show up on helmet in game, so I have to start over for them to go away :/ anyways thanks for the feedback and sorry for the late response

Thanks :D and your skin is decent for a beginner, I would (if I were you) look at a reference image and shade a little more on your skin. Make it a little more detailed (my opinion) sorry for late response
