Ayy, so I recently discovered GHOST's COMMUNICATIONS series.
If you don't know what COMMUNICATIONS is, it's basically multiple stories told through Vocaloid songs, sorta.
The actual stories are on the wiki and the descriptions of the songs. The songs are more like the characters' "themes".
So, this is Frances Elsner, who appears in the first song of Case One; ROTARY DIAL.
The reason why the title says "19 years old ver." is because in ROTARY DIAL, Frances has two designs; One where she's 19, and another one where she's 46.
I am not going to explain her story, you'll have to discover it yourself by checking out the songs and the wiki :3
Also, making this skin was such a hassle. The first time I tried making it, the shades of gray were way too similar, and so you could barely make the difference between her skin, her hat and her hair. I then tried remaking it by making more drastic differences in the colors.
But just. The whole shading was hard to make.
I hope you guys enjoy the skin anyways :')
I'll probably do the rest of the COMMUNICATIONS characters. One day. Maybe.
