Complex City Stalker

Lore: Complex City is the largest city in the known minecraft world, being so big, you can travel on foot for 3 days straight and not get halfway through the city. The inner parts of the city are divided into quadrents, and then divided again into sectors, and then one more time into blocks. inside one of the sectors there is a man who went insane. This man was a psycho-tech target who survived the attack, and went crazy. Ever since he has been seen wandering the streets at night killing all who get in his way, until one night the CST (Complex Swat Teams) were sent in to nuetralize him. Standing no chance against the CST, the stalker fell. Legends of him are passed throughout the generations.
