It was three days before Christmas, the Elves were working extra hard because they had slacked due to their previous leader being fired, Santa was putting them to the test, they had to finish early again this year! if not all hope would be lost, there would not be enough time.

Then the bombs struck the ground, an alien Warship bombed the Earth below with Nuclear Missiles, hitting everywhere that wasn't already contaminated.
The first to die in the North Pole was Mrs. Claus, turning into a freak nuclear monster, Santa escaped with 20 of his workers and took everything they could find useful, Christmas was not happening this year.

Lucky for them Jack Frost lived nearby, they went to his Cave and he welcomed them, Jack explained that Aliens nuked the entire planet Earth, and that millions had died in the explosions, Jack also said that the Fire Spirit Centaur had been killed in the larger of the blasts, so Winter would carry on until a new Fire Spirit was born.
Out of nowhere another bomb struck Santa's Workshop, which made them run from the cave.

-3 Months Later-

It was tough living without much food or decontaminated water, but they managed to survive... 10 of the thinner elves had died
but everyone else stayed alive.
Jack was the skinniest of the group "Hold on Claus... I need to eat... please... we all do..." Nicholas had been keeping the food rations, but kept most for himself "You eat most of the rations while we starve out here!" one of the elves said "Well, let's take a look inside this house then I'll ration foods" Nicholas was the first one inside, he headed into the kitchen, and set the bag of food down on the counter.
He was quick, Nicholas had grabbed all the knives in the kitchen, he killed the elves first, then he smiled as he stood over Jack Frost's weak thin body "I'll ration the food" Nicholas ripped an arm off one of the elves and held it out to Jack "Those who truly have purpose must stay alive Jack"
