Cucurucho, also known by Osito Bimbo, is a mysterious being that watches over the members of QSMP. They work for The Federation as a part of the QSMP Census Bureau, and their purpose is to make sure everyone is enjoying their stay in the island. They also ensure that no member breaks the QSMP rules, being inclined to punishing who does so.

They've also been seen to attend the demands of the island inhabitants if it's on their reach.
