In the subways of New Brooklyn, little did any city police know that there lied an entire comunity of what the city above has named them UnderDwelers. Mostly constisting of thieves and common crooks, it was also a haven for graffiti artists and brawlers. As the city above devoloped new tech, the under dwellers only recieved the old models, if they were luckey. The newest tech on the surface was this bio-engineering tool called an Modicator, it improved the human ability three times its normal standard.

Ronny CorHouse was a young 17 year old son of a family in the UnderBrook, His father left the UnderBrook when he was a young boy,leaving him with his two younger sisters and his mother, who'd be raising him for 5 years...

as soon as Ronny hit his twelth birthday, he was officially an adult, by Under Standards, and he had been wanting to see the rest of the Under, mostly where the Taggers hang out, but it was forbiddened by his mother, she feared he would encounter more then taggers if he left the safety of their home.

Ronny was furious at his mother, yelling and cussing every word he knew. eventually he stood up and ran out of the house in the far darkness of the Under.

Several hours have passed now, Ronny's Mother ws now becoming worried of what has happened to her only son, she tells the girls, now each 7 years old, to stay in the House and to talk to no one but each other. She Left. She traveled through the several territories of the eight gangs that ran the Under. She passed through the Silverbacks, the GearHeads, and the CycloSkulls, still no sign of Ronny...

Ronny cooled his temper off during this time, not wanting to return home he layed under a bench in the CycloSkull area. "HEY look mates theres a little Brat undernieth' this bench here, I say we show him some old fashioned Skull "Hospitiality". "oi thats a good one Thumper , Skull Hospitatialy, thats hilarious Ha Ha" "SHUT UP Drudge. Joker, Trine, grab the kid and bring him to base." Ronny was terrified to the point where he could not move. They yanked him from under the bench and started dragging him away to a place where he would likely never leave...
