This is my Cyberpunk Teen. His name is Zachary Crater. He was born human but when he was 8 his dad committed suicide by driving of of a bridge that was 27-feet in the air. He was in the car however. His dad had been acting unusual lately but he didn't ask because he didn't want to bring up how his younger brother had died 3 months earlier. Anyway when the car initially hit the wall on the bridge but broke through it slowed-down drastically and he was jerked out of his seat through the window. At that point he had passed out. Even if he hadn't he could not have avoided the car crashing on part of the left side of his ribs in time. He survived just long enough for the paramedics to get their and help him. He was whisked of to Flame medical center where he was deemed in critical condition. The doctors decided the only way for him to live was to insert mechanical organs and metal ribs into him. While custom making these they discovered amazing scientific components. The government then decided to use him more as a top secret experiment. The year was 2036 when they began. When Zachary woke up from his a coma in 2044 on the eve of his fourteenth birthday he discovered his insane new power. This made him go mad. He destroyed the government facility he was help in and wreaked havoc across North America. Now he lives in the ruins of his own destruction. He will rebuild it in his image.
