Cynthia is last of the Royal Family which the rest got killed in an ambush attack.
Cynthia was a survivor and she was terrified to what happened.
Soon She wanted to help recognize her clan by becoming a princess.
While exploring the remains of the ambush, she found something under a pile of books.
When she touched this, her hand went cold and it was lightish blue.
Cynthia went to grab her bag, and she shot a bolt of ice which froze part of the building.
Soon she went to her maids and told them what happened.
The maids said that they saw this happen to one of her family members.
On that same day Cynthia wanted to get revenge on the attackers.
So Steve has to defeat Cynthia to get rid of the freezing tempatures and the snow that keeps falling down
even though it is still summer.
After Steve defeats Cynthia, she will drop alot of experience and a Ice Staff which will shoot the same ice bolts.
