Something that some of you guys may not know, I have three personas. Cel was the first one I created.
Originally she wasn't vitiligo but then my brain was like: WHAT if The person IN ur SKindex pfp is Cel?
I have nothing to say. Idk what she evens wears I just made this up on the spot. She does actually wear that flower crown on the Games Celebration though C:
I'm no 100% happy with how this skin turned out, I don't feel like it really looks like her, but it's pretty good.
