This is a "Dancer with Pastel coloured Hair". The top is kinda like the one i had in my "Tumblr Inspired ♥" skin but I loved that top so much I decieded to do it again, and it is a very dancer type top. Hope you like the skin ♥ (I will update the as there is a few things I need to update)
