Y'know, honestly I don't know. I'll take a look into it..give me a moment.
Typically, the word Dandy refers to something being..pompous? As in "he's quite the dandy" referring to a man who dresses ostentatiously, so it has no connotations with homosexuality or, put simply "gay", as you put it.
Which means that if space, is in fact "Dandy" then there is quite literally a 95.78 chance of it being completely unrelated to homosexuality. In fact, it may be a compliment, as in "just dandy"
