Born in the year 3000 during the beginning of the Futuristic Industrial Revolution, Delilah Moreau Walter is the daughter of the infamous Peter Walter XXXIX (or Peter Walter the 39th). While still maintaining the Walter patriarch's original automatons, Delilah was the inventor of the M.E.O.W., or Mechanical Electronic Observation Worker. M.E.O.W.'s help prevent work-related accidents, as they can detect an accident at minimum five minutes before the it will occur. Their job is find the cause of said accident and to eliminate it, whether it's to hand Jim Bob his construction helmet or to repair a leaking gas pipe set to eventually come in contact with flame.. Because of the M.E.O.W.s, work-related deaths have gone down to about a total of 10 deaths per year. (There's still sometimes the M.E.O.W.'s malfunction...)

Due to an unfortunate blue-matter accident (blue matter is what powers the M.E.O.W.s and the original automatons) while inventing the M.E.O.W.'s, Delilah had to undergo surgery. According to medical robots, from her shoulder to where her forehead meets scalp was incinerated. Her eye, being the epicenter of the blast, exploded under pressure. In the surgery, her right side of her face and brain were replaced with robotic ones. The eye lets her do things similar to Cyborg in Teen Titans and the robotic "brain" helps her stay alive and keep all of her functions proper.
She keeps her mouth and throat covered up to prevent her from talking. In the blue-matter blast, her vocal chords disinegrated and was replaced with a robotic-like one. She is embarassed about it though, and you will rarely see her mouth and neck uncovered.

The outfit she wears is somewhat radiation-proof because blue-matter will turn your hair, eyes, and lips blue and black and your skin will turn sheer white. The blue-matter explosion has permanately turned part of her hair blue, despite her vain attempts to dye it.

HOW DELILAH RELATES TO THE THEME (if you're not for sure)-
She is from the future and invented a robot that help severely reduce the number of accidents at work, therefore revolutionizing the working industry. Also she IS PART ROBOT.
