It is highly intelligent and wields psychokinetic powers. This Pokémon shoots lasers from the crystalline organ on its chest. It appears where auroras are seen. When it changes form, an aurora appears. It absorbs attacks by altering its cellular structure.

Technique - 8/10. This definitely looks like Deoxys. Even though the face looks a little weird, I can't judge it too harshly because it's kind of tough to put his face on a skin.
Quality - 7/10. It's pretty decent in terms of shading quality. Nothing else to say.
