D11 is a secret organization, that is dedicated to rooting out terrorist groups, and other nasty things across the dominion.

This is "The Director", also known as "The Burned Man", or "Chemical Man."

He is clandestine, and prefers to remain hidden, however, he does appear to give orders to other agents. He is the only once, which wears the sleek black uniform.

Note: This is my first "real" skin, that I made, and shaded. IT took be only twenty minutes, but I hope to get better. Leave me suggestions below!
