This skin comes from a game known as Conduit 2. It the main character through out the entire game. This skin is only slightly changed via the dual tech pad. His name is Micheal Ford.

I made a skin of the same thing, but my version is a little different. I made my version before I saw yours, but they are a bit similar. Mine has a lot more red and black to it, and I was working on a Gold Destroyer recolor for it. If you would like I might be able to show you my version and maybe we could work together to make them each better.
