I think this is my favorite out of all of them. I do think it could use a bit of hue shifting. Here's a good blog on hue shifting by the_soup: www.planetminecraft.com/blog/tutorial-palettes-and-hue-shifting/
Also, you shouldn't use pillow shading. Pillow shading is basically when the light appears to come from the viewer. Try taking a look at DancingWalrus's skins.

But I love the look of this skin. If you apply some of my pointers to it, it's gonna look legendary. :)

Thank you so much for the critique. It's great to see some actual advice on here :) I was actually aiming for a look of the light emanating from within Diamundo, which is difficult to do if you ask me. He's a bit special, being a live diamondman. Thanks again!
