Dive Suit Raccoon without Dive Suit.
Edit: Edited skin to fix areas that were transparent when they shouldn't have been. Made helmet a bit transparent.

I repeat, I DO NOT CLAIM THE DESIGN AS ORIGINAL. It is simply a less detailed, color changed version of the creator, khuutrieuvi123's "redstone mechanic"; with the most noticeable difference being the raccoon head.
