Doctor P. Philmor is actually a hive of tentacle worm cyborg aliens (that i'll call drones from now on) that pretend to be a human.

These drones are made of nanomachines and are able to splurt a greenish goo that will make its target rot (that goo is made of nanomachines too). The drones can reproduce by growing on other tentacles from the holes they have on the sides. Two tentacles can be created when one is cut in too.
The drones use an Emonitor™ created by Philmor's brand: L.F. Industries, to simulate emotions.
They are weak against Electro Magnetic Pulses and fire, and need to sustain themselves with water every hour or so.
