The demented super genius Dr. D'Void, arch-nemesis of Sky Captain Hectar Watson Ramjet, is a self-proclaimed Plague Doctor. He views mankind itself as a plague that threatens to destroy the world. Using biological weaponry of his own design, he has vowed to cleanse the earth of the infection of man.

Armed with two wrist mounted plague-spreaders, and an army of mutant drones under his command, Dr. D'Void proves to be Sky Captain Ramjet's most formidable foe!
