Backstory:

Dr. Mako Shark, a ridiculed scientist, was working in his not-so-secret lab in the local aquarium; whilst his job was as a marine-biologist, his hobby was experimenting the mixture of fish breeds, to make hybrid-super fish. The machine he engineered to make such formidable creatures malfunctioned, and required him to go to the wiring and fix the issue The machine, which still had some fish scales in the compartments from recent experiments, automatically turned on as Dr Shark was fixing the wiring, causing a mix between his own genes and the genes of several aquatic animals. The result was monstrous: Part Man, Part Fish. Mako hid from the public, until one night he was forced to go outside, where he was humiliated by the citizens. He swore that he would from then on live a life of crime, and has been causing havoc on the local waters and people of his home-city. He earned the infamous name Dr. Fish Fing after committing numerous crimes. This mad scientist must be stopped! But it seems, no one can...
