SMOKING & VAPING EFFECTS

• Cancer: lung cancer is more know
but smoking can cause cancer almost anywhere
in the body!

• Breathing Problems & Chronic Respiratory Conditions

• Heart Problems: smoking can lead to Heart Disease,
Stroke, Blood Clots, Heart Attack,
Acute Increase in Blood Pressure and Heart Rate, and
Blood Circulation Problems!

• Increased Seizure Frequency

• Vision Loss

• Hearing Loss

• Dental Problems

• Infections

• Diabetes

• Mental Heath: people say smoking relieves stress,
but it is the opposite effect. It actually increases Stress,
Tension, Anxiety, Depression, Grumpiness, Moodiness, and Tiredness!

• Premature Aging: smoking can make you look older than you are.
Smoking can cause dry skin, uneven Skin Pigmentation, Skin Discoloration,
saggy eyes and jawline, facial wrinkles and furrows, gray hair, and hair loss!

Please don't smoke or anything else for that matter. I have seen the effects that all this can do to someone, so please don't smoke or vape.
