skintober day 21: dragon

today's prompt was dragon!
so i based this skin off of the chinese dragons
here's the ref image:
and since i chose to do chinese dragons, i based her outfit off of the chinese culture
i hope i did well uwu
i wanted to do an ombre originally just for the hair
but i ended up doing kinda a rainbow ombre for the dress
i think it looks pretty nice ♥
also this will be the new description format, since finding dividers to match the skin takes a while
