Any and all visible clothing and skin has been covered in the colourful powder that makes up the "fireworks", mainly the reason why is because he keeps setting them off inside is office by mistake.
He wears comicly large goggles and he has a strange eye disorder which causes his eyes to be strange colours.
Over time from all the explosions he eventually went crazy and started trying to blow up houses by throwing "fireworks" at the houses of members in his village with the only downfall is the fact that the "fireworks" only went straight up which he somehow does not notice.

Designer's Note: With the glasses he just looks like an insane mad man but if you remove them he just becomes a vary creepy person. If you remove his lab coat you will notice that all the clothing underneath is not splattered with coloured powder which proves that the coats doing its job.

:Updated: I know its a bit soon but a commenter pointed out that the hair should be lighter and I agree with them.

Wow nice job! But I would suggest making the colours a bit more lighter or pastel it would turn out pretty good! Anyway nice job

That is a nice idea. I will make a Variation but I kinda got in trouble because of Varriations already.
Unless you know an Image Shareing Program or Site I'll likely put it on hold, unless I design a completely new charactor all together which could take a bit of time.
