This is Dream (Known on Twitter as DreamWasTaken) who is, according to statistics, is the best Minecraft Player and the best Minecraft Youtuber with 15 Million Subscribers in his first two years. In the end of 2020 he joked that let's start 2021 strong and he said that he would do a face reveal. Of course this was a joke in which he had a mask over his face like above.
