You should try making more unique skins. The "mob in a business suit" skin has been done lots of times before. Also, try to add some shading to your skins. If you're unsure how, there's plenty of tutorials here that'll show you how! Just keep practicing, man!

You just got to practice is all. You might not get it down 100% when you first start out, but that's ok. Just keep messing around with it some, and eventually you'll get it to look how you want it to.

Yeah bro... I used to use that 'add noise' thing on SkinEdit... now I just shade manually... it looks alot better, but takes more time. But people like skins that you put hard work and time into!
