Electric Pokemon

Elekid stores electricity in its body. If it touches metal and accidentally discharges all its built-up electricity, this Pokemon begins swinging its arms in circles to recharge itself.

You know, thinking back, I could have made the face part of the body, and have parts of the head be the horns/prongs/whatever the flipping hell they're called. Might do just that (with the more player models mod, I believe transparent parts will appear transparent, as opposed to the standard black color).
