this is the skin i have been working on recently in Paint.NET. you can remove the jacket in the skin customization menu to reveal an Excision X on the back of the white shirt, or you could just remove the sleeves to make it a vest. you can also make the shoes go and under them are socks XD. i just thought that would be funny to add. also this skin has badass red streaks  :D enjoy!
