Empty Warmth

Was debating either naming this "Cold Heat" or "Empty Warmth." I didn't post it immediately after making it because I couldn't think of what to call the skin until today. I also was inspired to make this when I was still watching Stargate Universe, and I based this on Aether's Night Hunt in Snow outfit.
I thought of something cool for the pants: they can be rolled up and secured at different lengths, indicated by the blue and teal pixels on the skin. So, no need for both pants and shorts. Also, the gloves are protective but allow a high degree of sense of touch, being virtually no different from having bare hands. There is armor that protects the outer forearm (metal) and the wrist (red). The kind of thick red rings around the wrists are somewhat but not significantly distanced from the wrist, so there is some small space between them and the wrists. Other bright colors on the uniform signify specific duties and rank.

Random lore: this person had a hysterectomy in order to be accepted into a job and for personal reasons. This person also speaks a language that I can't be bothered to become a linguist to make. This is relevant because the language has specific pronouns for someone who no longer identifies as fully woman and has had a physical change to the person's body to no longer be fully woman (also commonly indicating the person's job). There is a corresponding male version of this in the language. Also, I do not know a name for this person because I, again, cannot be bothered to invent a language just for an OC.
