end mote

End motes: harmless beings that float through the [​void] that separates the end and the other dimensions. if you look closely, you may see some in the portals between. they are normally mindless lights, but after getting in the way of a player going back to the overworld, it was carried through to the other side. it keeps some [​void] inside itself to give it structure, which allows it to absorb items into its inventory, but wear armor at the same time. its shell of [​void light] protects its [​void] from normal light. if it loses its [​void] (as in, it is attacked enough to break it's shell) it will wither instantaneously, and the tiny particle will have to go back to where it last slept to collect the residue of [​void] left there and create a new "body". it seems to learn more every day, but seems to have known nothing before it was taken out of the void.
