The dragon fell.

After years of preparation, countless deaths, and one final battle above the void, the player stood victorious. The portal home should have appeared.

It never did.

Days turned into months. Months became years. Trapped within the endless islands of the End, he wandered through ruined cities searching for answers that never came. Food became routine. Survival became instinct. Silence became his only companion.

Eventually, he discovered traces of those who came before—an ancient civilization long consumed by the End itself. With nothing left, he began praying to them.

No one answered.

So he prayed to the End.

Years of isolation changed him. His body hardened. His mind adapted. During meditation he began feeling something strange: energy flowing through the islands, through the chorus forests, through the void itself. The End was not empty.

It was alive.

Then came the dreams.

A voice called from places that did not exist. Night after night he followed whispers through impossible landscapes until finally he found the source—an ancient entity older than the dragon itself, a being connected to the magic that bound all dimensions together.

The entity made an offer. Return home. In exchange for his humanity.

He accepted without hesitation.

Horns emerged from his skull. His right arm became permanently marked, no longer flesh but a conduit through which dimensional energy flowed. The power of the End flooded his body, warping what remained of the player he once was.

Using magic never meant for mortals, he opened the portal himself. When he finally returned to the Overworld, the world was unchanged.

He wasn't.

The End had not trapped him. It had remade him.

Thus began the existence of the first being ever known as:

Ender Warped.
