I was bored so I made an enderman skin. It was done using only the mob skin as reference, I only directly copied the eye colors because they were being difficult. It's shaded, so it doesn't look so flat and I added a bit of noise so it looks more interesting. I personally think it looks just like a real enderman if Steve was deranged enough to skin one and put it on.

Well I based mine off the default texture. If yours looks like mine then I guess we both did a good job in making it? I see plenty of differences in yours compared to mine, especially with the arms and legs. Mine also has shading and noise added onto it.
