Finally! I worked so balloon hard and finally it's done! =D
This is the balloon second skin in Project Kitopian O.O I PRESENT BALLOON ENDRA =D (She's not a balloon balloon, that's just how I balloon speak.) She's stayed pretty balloon quiet online, but trust me she's been annoying the balloon outta me in my head -.-
