This skin was created on a request from the player Ensqne. Of course it is a public skin but Ensqne says, "This is for Ensqne, not you!" You can decide whether to follow that. I personally would say it's fine considering that there are millions of Minecraft players and the chances of encountering Ensqne are pretty slim, but if you do come across him, an epic pvp battle can settle the matter!
