Have something to say?
EDIT: Actually in game it happens as well with this skin. The rest of the body is black
1. design the skin in your image editor and save it as a png. (which presumably isn't one of the ones I am about to mention)
2. download Pixen (for mac) or Paint.net (for windows)
3. Open the skin in either Pixen or Paint.net and make sure the space around the actual design is completely blank. If not, erase it.
4. Save it once again, then upload it!
If this does not work, please tell me because I use mac and pixen, so I am just guessing paint.net works since it is basically the exact same except for windows.
