This is a fan-skin for the lovely Fawkesy. (The duck face is on top of the hat btw ;^;)
When I first joined PMC I loved Fawkesy's skins, and I started just editing hers. (I asked her before hand shh) It just really made me want to start making skins myself and posting them, so I thank Fawkesy for really wanting to make me skin. ^u^
