manly- i mean mainly because of the short hair and eyebrows. otherwise great job ^-^
A tip for future endeavors, make the eyebrows look more feminine, I guess, by adding a third pixel, like the eyelash type thing you see a lot
if you just extend the hair down the head it'll work wonders :D maybe even continue it down the back a bit
btw I really like your shading style
