Fiend Mages are staples of the Arcana Vanguard, a black-ops division of the royal army of the Infernal Plane. Fiend Mages go through hundreds of years of horrible torment during their training, and then use their foul arts to condense those memories and hurl them in soul-reaving projectiles at their enemies.
