Final | SF Counterattack

When I first began making Minecraft skins, I was stumbling in the dark, not really knowing how shading worked and how to do it in a nice way that made sense to how shadows look like. One day I happened to come across Final's skins, and immediately I was drawn to the style.

It had these bold shadows, these nice fitting colors, and in my opinion, made such great use of detail while also not being too much. I just think their skins looked awesome.

I've spent a lot of time looking at their skins, then asking them for tips and advice, and practicing. Fast forward to the present and I'm where I'm at now thanks largely to Final because of how patient they were in explaining certain skinning techniques to me, and their encouragement.

It was a big challenge reshading this, I honestly gave up on the ponytail and used the exact same shading, but I have to say that remaking any skin gives you a new appreciation for the original skinner. This was DIFFICULT.
