Flestan Coopres, better known as Citizen C, is a character in the Kingdom of Steadlex who appeared once in the construction recording thread of the Second Steadlex Kingdom. He is a fan of Randall Munroe, and he did things only possible in What if or How To. People considered him a science freak by people around. In his appearance, he got tons of water kettle to burn dry a whole part of a river in order to cross it.
