my guess as to how one would do this
i do believe you'd unzip the pack after downloading it, and take the needed textures out of it.
beyond that, i am lost. i don't how to make or finish a texture pack at all.

i'll do it but i am only able to change the clouds, sun and moon. there no way to change the sky without optifine
