So I won a character in Oceanelle's raffle, and I decided it needed to be made into a skin. ^-^ Isn't she cute?
As you can probably tell I had a lot of fun with color.
And this is like my third skin in a row that has a fluffy dress so I should probably not do that for my next skin. Maybe I'll do a Free! skin next...Oh gosh images of Free! characters in fluffy dresses have entered my mind
