Kind of a fan skin, kind of a gift. It's for GlantGirl, of her persona of sorts

I really liked the concept/look of it so I wanted to try. I haven't made dragon wings and a tail before so it was something new to try. the wings are a bit hard to see as the "border" is the same colous as the skin.
