I probably know how to fix it, but it depends on what program you're using. In the program I use to make my basic skin before I shade it, I make part of the head that will have hair on the bottom in the front, so when I shade it or upload it, it will flip to the correct spot.

I tried to flip it too, I used Photoshop to flip it, and I shade it too before it add some decorative parts.
But I use different programs.
I tried to see if there were any difference on any other skins compared to mine, and it look similar.
But as I got it right, then it shows it in the wrong way...
